  • French onion soup sliders. Hey guys I almost followed a recipe!

    Well at least I tried...
Started with a large sweet onion and some butter in my bacon pan...

    Till it looked like this...
A couple times it started to get dry so I splached in some beer...
That wasn't part of the recipe...

Then I added the burgers...Sliders? I don't think so! Not tonight...
Burger was mixed with beef base, onion powder, celery seed, and black pepper...
Like the recipe called for...But I was pretty sure their amounts were wrong...
So I fixed it for them Cooked the "1/3 lb. sliders in some butter...

    Flipped...

And added a thick slice of smoked Gruyere...

Put the burn to some buns...

    And it's time to eat...

And that's Friday night at the FREAK house

    Thanks for looking
    Craig

I thought it would melt better but the burgers were "done" and waiting for melty cheese was not a good idea...
