I do have a large pressure canner...Dont use it any more...
My wife has a smaller pressure cooker that rarely gets used...
She has more crock pots than I have grills And they only get used to re-warm food for our "parties"...
I doubt that the instant pot would find much use here...
Looks like a fine unit though...Craig

Got some pork carnitas going in the new pot. Tacos with homemade pico on the menu.Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

No pics unfortunately, next time...but take my word for it, this machine is for real. 75 minutes for chunks of super tender pork butt.Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

I've had mine for 3 or 4 years and use it a lot. Since I'm a griller at heart I use mine for mostly soups and sides. It does make good hard boiled eggs that are easy to peel. Other favorite sides mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, beans. It does take a while to warm up and up get to pressure but a little preplanning is not so bad.Weber Performer, 26" Weber grill, 18" WSM, UDS, Santa Maria Grill
