    So I was in Winn Dixie last night, had bone in prime rib on sale $4.99 lb. Picked up these 2 bout 1.5" thick. little marbleing


    Bagged and tagged and ready fer the hot tubb! Goin 129° fer 6 hours!

    Yea, so here is the "microwave" Q fer searing,


    Plated with Brussles Sprouts sauteed over spec rice,


    Lil cut shot,


    Really tasty, little chewy for prime. A $4.99lb steak is a $4.99 steak no matter how good it looks! I only et half, rest fer tonight.

    The second one is back in the hot tub overnight fer remedial treatment!

    Round 2!
    I put the second PR BACK in the hot tub for 12 hours @130°. Chilled in the fridgedareair till dindin time, then seared on the Q.


    Nuked up some B S an rice an cut me a bite!


    Melt in yo mouth tender this time, lil time in the hot tub will do that fer ya!
