Jeanie, once again a stellar meal. Then again, any meal cooked over a fire is better than a 5 star resto. Have to try that potato idea. Nice.

            Wow...Amazing as always...

But one question keeps coming to mind...
            I mean youre camping ... right ...
How the heck do you have all this stuff with you...
Stuff like cream cheese for dip...lemon juice for the hollindaise sauce...asperagus and olive oil...CRAB LEGS!!!! and more Im sure...You must take a truck load of ice chests or something.
Id be lucky with dogs and burgers...and luckier if I didnt forget the buns...

lol Smoke Freak, I plan what I'm going to cook before I go...then fill an ice chest with the food and one for drinks. This trip I took my biggest ice chest, my friend's husband helped get it out of my pickup. It was way too heavy for me! lol

Ray, I agree, anything cooked over a fire tastes good! Thank you!

Eraine, cornflakes? I bet you don't eat cornflakes when camping. Thank you E. :)

Zeek...you are so kind! Thank you!

                  Big Guy, thank you! :)
