  • First batch on the WING-O-NATOR!! Woo Dayum! Home Run!!

Test running the invention of the century tonight on some tripple dusted wings - Hot Ass Wang, MHGP, Walle pepper shake - spritzed with apple cider vinegar and strained Siracha.

This little invention is da bomb. Doubled my grill capacity and it just worked fricking great. No additional mod's needed. Sits 3" above the main grate.

    Loaded

20 minutes in, rolling at about 350* w cherry

    40 minutes

    And finished in 50.

And here's dinner, a killer line up of sauces...benefits of having our niece who recently graduated culinary school living with us.
    From left to right...
Honey Mustard BBQ, Blue Cheese, Thai Peanut, Garlic Parmesan. Honey BBQ was by far my favorite.

Thanks for checking out my kick ass Wing-O-Nator!

Rich, we've done plenty of butts and ribs, so she is all in on the MHGP. As far as her critique - "just an incredible mixture of spice that has just enough salt for it to do its job." And loves it on pork and chicken.

She also loves spicy and has been wanting to do Wing Wednesday's all Fall, and we never got to it until today. Introduced her to Hot Ass Wang...after one finger dip, she had nothing to offer...just "mix it with that other stuff..lots of both". Big thumbs up from her. I think the biggest thing would be that there is so much flavor that isn't swallowed by salt like a lot of other stuff.
