We are in the sports time of year out here since the thaw is upon us, so we're doing some cooking, grilling, and smoking as time permits. This happens to be the grill and the tumbler has added in to the time factor.
Have a couple of breasts, keep the comments to yourself, and figured they'd get some Tiger Sauce help. I should have used 1/4 cup but I used 1/2 cup for the tumbler. It's my mistake.
After 20 minutes.Threw some dry rub on and getting the grill hot:
Ran the grill at 400° and got them to 165°
Let them sit in some foil for 10 minutes on the counter:
After all is said and done, we're making some chicken and gravy tonight with home made gravy. It's a good meal.
The tumbler really does work IMHO and if time is a factor, it's an asset.
Thanks for looking.
