Couldn't find the new griddle/discada forum on Tapatalk? Oh well, move as needed. Couple Ribeye steaks, Olive oil, JAB, Tatonka, Kosher, CBP. Medium heat on the 22" Blackstone. 135-140*. Rested 10 minutes. Pretty good overall. Not as good as a Vortex seared Ribeye IMO, butt still good. Had to play with the new toy tonight. Handy and quick cooking. [emoji106]
