        I will post up the recipe when she gets home. It is called Balsamic Chicken. Ingredients are Skinless Chicken Breasts,Balsamic Vinegar, Italian Dressing, Onion and tomato. Served over rice.

          Damn that looks nice! We do a lot of crock pot meals at the fire station. A lot less likely ruining food when we get a call. lol

                  Chicken, sliced onions, salt, pepper, 1 and 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, couple cloves of garlic, 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, and two cans of diced tomatoes. Pile in crock pot and cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours. Put over rice or noodles.
