I never undertood the whole comp thing. Losing points for tenderness, fall off the bone goodness... The box thing... Bullshit! Get that green chit out of there and lay in some slaw and cornbread.

Ribs looked great to me.
I will never understand the comp thing for BBQ, and I take my hat off to those that try.
I spend every waking hour of the day trying to figure out what my wife has a taste for on that particular day, and try to get it to her before the wind changes her mind. And here you guys are trying to do it with someone you've never met.Mark
