Would a rim on a disc wok be helpful?

I don't have one, but I like the idea of the rimmed version with a "diving board" on the side. Might make it harder to find a lid to fit, but since you are able to make one from scratch that might be less of an issue. Here is what I'm talking about (from a google image search)

for me, i wouldn't want the lip for a couple of reasons. first like others have said, i just like pushing off the food from the rim to a vessel or plate which i do with my large wok that has much steeper sides than a disco. second, from a cleaning stand point, i'm thinking about the weld and could food particles get stuck in there. and lastly but most important.........i don't think Hanna and Bridget are gonna like this................no, not one bit at all!
