"Honey Glazed Smoked Chicken with Blackberry Sauce"
Smoked at 260° -275° using cherry on GOSM
Glaze
Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 cups Honey
Fresh Sage, Parsley, Rosemary
Heat till warm, seep for a half hour, strain.
Blackberry Sauce
Blackberries
1/4 cup water
two tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
White Sugar, wing it.
Reduce Blackberries in water for a few hours add vinegar reduce longer, add sugar
Wings and Drums deep fried along with the skin.
