One thing that we like is good JoJo's. The other day I fired up a batch on the discada. Super simple to make and you can season the dredge however you like.
I added onion powder, garlic, salt. Pepper, celery seed, paprika to this batch.
I half, quarter and quarter again the taters into wedges. This batch I dusted with Old Bay seasoning prior to the dredge. drop in the egg roll around, then into the dredge.
Drop some peanut oil into the Disco and fire it up to 375°. Drop in the taters 4-6 at a time.
