I have a Char Griller model 1624 that I've been learning with. Finally got the baby back ribs to the "fall off the bone" doneness that I 've been trying to do for quite a while. Tried doing them on the Weber but couldn't get them right.
I want to try some beef for making sandwiches but not quite sure what cut to use. Looking forward to using this site more often. It is very informative.
