      It was half ground beef and pork.

      Mixed crushed soda crackers, parm cheese, diced onion, egg, a chopped hatch chili, tomato powder and some Mad Hunky Pizza Shake for a filler binder.

      Wattburner for a couple hours and oven finished, Glazed with that Firehouse Hot Sauce...
