    First attempt at a pork butt on the masterbuilt electric smoker. Took forever.. 9.5 pound roast. Let me know what you think

          Love the name

          Pork looks fantastic...
          If it is a picnic then no problem...A little less fat than a butt...Still makes some great pulled pork in my opinion...
