I would either cook in the oven or on a rotisserie. Either way use a good rub/paste of seasoning on it. Season it and let it rest in the fridge for 6-8 hours or overnight before cooking.
Don't over cook it. Med rare to med is the best.
If you look in the lamb section their are many really good cooks posted with the rub/paste recipes. There are ones done in the oven and on a grill rotisserie.
Read through them and try one you like the sound of and the way it was cooked.Jim
