Looks good John. Like Phil, I have done many cooks with this cut and the best have been around 14 - 16 hours. At today's beef prices these SV cookers are a great tool in the kitchen.Smoke it.. and they will come!

On this one I tried what another guy said was Awesome---10 hours.
Once I did some of my other Tests (Eye Rounds, etc) I would have figured 10 hours was too short.
So I'll probably try 18 hours next time, and adjust again if needed.
