  • Grilled Shrimp & Scallop Dinner

I decided to make some grilled shrimp and scallops served on a bed of angle hair pasta topped with an Alfredo sauce

Shrimp with a scallop tucked in it's curl, skewered, and seasoned

Skewers onto the Keg at 450° using RO lump and orange wood

    Just about done

Skewers of shrimp and scallops served on a bed of angle hair pasta with an Alfredo sauce topped with a dusting of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

    Little better view

    Thanks for lookin'
