    Easter dinner for 150... I didn't finish the briskets in roaster ovens. 6 hours on the grate, 6 hours on a paper bag and then I pulled them off to make room for the chicken & sausage and finished them in the oven wrapped in butcher paper for 3 hours. My version of the Franklin method.
