That's what it said in the rules. Can be brought in a crock pot like I said earlier nothing wrong with sauced PP. I just like mine plain.

Thinking about entering. We play volleyball at 8, double elimination. We suck so I could be home by noon. Which would give me 4 hours. I could get baby backs and pork tenderloin done. I might be able to even do a 2-3 pound butt in that time. Have tempted for the sliced meat to bring smoked prime rib.
