    Not a very great showing for us this weekend, but had fun, met some good people, and made some decent food(judges didn't think so). We did pull off brisket in a one day contest (beef was chef's choice, we took a chance, should have turned in the tri-tip.)

    Nice wings.. pict is a little dark on the brisky..looks well sliced tho.

    Yeah given the choice..tri-tip. Except I can't get one here

      It definitely was a risk, it turned out nice though, smoke ring and good tenderness, risk didn't pay off though! Now we know for next time.
