Beautiful weather will make you do this, at least for me. Did a brisket on Saturday and made burnt ends on Sunday. Used Rich's JAB and some worsey sauce for them. Did a rack of St. Louie's which I haven't done in awhile. Picked up a bag of some sweet peppers and filled with my own Italian sausage and chorizo, and finally did some pork belly strips Costco had. First time for these, but not the last. For the strips just added some rub and smoked with cherry.
