    Couple racks of Baby Backs. One rack rubbed with James Gang rib rub and the other with Plowboys Bovine. Beef Back ribs with Big Poppa's money rub going on the WSM around 1:00 this afternoon.

    Gonna make some pig shots a little later.

              Those pics just makes you want to make some ribs.
              Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
              My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                          Okay definitely worth the wait!!

                              The pig shot's are a kielbasa cut half the width of a piece of bacon. Wrap the bacon and secure with a toothpick, then fill the "cup" with a mixture of cream cheese, shredded cheese, sour cream and sprinkle with your favorite rub.

                              I had these on my 14" WSM @ 225* for 3.5 hours with Kingsford Comp and a chunk of apple wood.
