I'm hoping to arrive 12:30-1:30 depending on when I can get outa here. Got the sauce finished last night, great flavor but seems alittle sweet to me. If you added smoked meat to the sauce it would be perfect...lol. Everyone have a safe trip and looking forward to cooking with you guy's again. Weather looks shitty as always in silver lake, rain and low forties at night. Hopefully the wind won't be a factor. Cya all tomorrow.Comment
