haven't kept up with the contests much this year: last contest in Anderson, SC at Anderson University we finished 1st in ribs, 10th in pork and 1st in the Friday night anything but pork event. For Friday night we cooked our famous shrimp and grits - about 95% of the time we will take 1st at these events.
