Well I finally got some free time this weekend, so I decided to smoke some meats for my family. They dropped off the meat of their choice, and I prepared them and got them on the Yoder.
My parents wanted some ribs, so got them rubbed down with some Mad Hunky's and mustard. My older brother wanted a pork butt, so I butterflied it, injected it with apple juice and MHGP and rubbed it down with Mad Hunky's GP no salt, then hit it with some Salt Lick Rub for some salt and added heat (it was the rub that he chose when he dropped of the butt). My younger brother was in the mood for beef, so he dropped off a little brisket flat and some nice looking beef ribs. Those were rubbed with Oakridge Black Ops based on his choice in rubs.... for me, I also wanted some beef, so I decided that a chuckie would be a good choice, rubbed with Tatonka Dust.
Didn't get any finished pics, but everything turned out great. Ran everything at 250 using Lumberjack 100% Hickory pellets. 6 hours for the ribs, 9 hours for the chuckie and 10 hours for the brisket.
