Had a great week off, weather was excellent, and got in a lot of outdoor cooking. Yesterday I did a half of belly, some belly strips, brats, and thighs for the girls at the place I get my haircut. This is getting to be an annual thing it seems. Everything on the kettle went in a pan for the girls. The belly is all mine. And FYI, Costco has full trimmed bellies for 2.79 a pound, and they are gorgeous!

Thanks guys. I can't express any more reasons than this to smoke a pork belly. You have no idea what you're missing.Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
