        I am trying to get on track food wise after a week in Maui, eating/drinking everything in sight



        Gained 4-5 lbs in 7 days ..... Tonight though, back on track.... Low carb tortilla crusts (Ole's), pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, leftover shredded chicken from last night and breakfast sausage from this morning, all the veggies/pineapple from last nights dinner steak n kabobs, added olives and Parmesan, Monterey Jack n Tillamook Cheddar. 1 burner on low, with a cover (aluminum serving tray) for aboot 8.5 minutes. Not wood fired or anything like that, butt if you crave the pizza thing, this works for me really well. You dont get the char areas on top like a pizza oven does, butt it melts it pretty good, and the Ole's tortillas don't burn on the griddle like flour ones do. Might be worth a try Vern or others

        The one on the left sat 9+- minutes at pic thyme, the one on the right was directly off the Blackstone.

            Blackstone got here Tuesday. Haven't even opened the box as I've been on 8:30 am to 9:00 pm all week. Last one today then three straight days off. The Blackstone and the mes will be getting a workout lol!

                Been using it prolly 2-3 times a week. Love it! Breakfast stuff and burgers lately. Fun n fast.
