Have some time on my hands today and I got a box of rubs I ordered so I thawed me some chuckies and went to work. Got a new rub to me "3 eyez" so I rubbed one up with that and another with my favorite beef rub some Bovine Bold. got the wannabe egg up to about 250 and put them on with some potatoes sprinkled with some Lantana of Texas all purpose seasoning. here are some pics, I will get some finished ones up eventually. Can't wait to try some of these new sauces also. I'll let ya know how I like them....Thanks for lookin!

I love it....I did learn to just put it in right before you cook a pie tho. When that thing is humming at 600-700 degrees you will burn the dough before the top is done if it is in there for a long time before you cook. I loved the wood flavor it gave the crust also
