Love smoked salmon. Back in the late 80's and early 90's thats all I smoked and alot of it. It was always real good, but when I came across the recipe the other day it seemed rediculous. Brined, rinsed and brined again, Baked in the oven for a short time, pellicle time and then smoked. Your's looks good.
