Catching up on some recent cooks; here is a butt that I did. In the smoker with some wings, ABTs, and banana peppers:

Sorry, this is from a couple of weeks back, and I don't remember the details of the rub. I do remember that it tasted mighty good though.

I think they were Poblano peppers. Every year I plant about 30 pepper plants of all different varieties, and inevitably the tags that I stick in by the plants get lost, so I have trouble remembering some of the less familiar varieties.

Have done plenty of sliced loins but might have to give a butt a try sometime.
