  • Tragic Pizza?

So it's Friday night and I'm on the pizza gig...No surprise here...
    Got everything together
Cooked some bacon and ground beef...
    Sauteed some shrooms...
    Sliced thin some red onions...
    Fresh garden oregano...
And fresh roasted Hatch peppers...By fresh I mean picked from the garden, roasted, and on the pizza in less than an hour...FRESH!

Got pizza crust in a can and sauce in a jar

When I went to put it all together I found I had no Mozzarella WTF?
Said I'll go to the store and get some and Mrs. FREAK said No you don't......She says it will be a "tragic pizza" but we'll get by with what we have...

I got no problem with that...But tragic?

So I used some colby-jack instead of the Mozz...
Also added some Parm Reggiano on top...

Does this look tragic to you?

Obviously Mozzarella aint that important to pizza after all
