  • What I smoked today

Had a lot of work today out and about. We hit 64 after starting out at 21. So to pat me and my wifes back for all the hard work I wanted to smoke something, all I had time for was either fatties or pork steak. flipped a coin, pork steak won this time. Just used lump, cherry and oak and didn't foil. Just brought them in, let them rest for a bit and ate them.

We do these about once a week. They are a quick easy smoke and pick up wood flavor so easy. These were a bit more fatty than we generally get, but they are what they are. Well there are still a lot of them in the freezer.
