Yay! You're gonna love it. Might I recommend first thing you do is a steak. NY Strip or Ribeye, season, take it to whatever your cooking temp is, then sear it on a hot grill. My favorite thing to do with it next to the wings, and then there's amazing chicken breasts.
There's so much I wanna do with this thing! Yeah, steak is a good thought... I was leaning towards pork chops as a first timer, butt steak is right up there too.

How long does it take to cook a 1 inch thick steak to 130?
Yeah but it only takes 8 minutes on a hot grill in the first place
Bear with me on this... The flavor and juicyness is locked in, Just sear and serve. Worth the wait I'm told. Haven't done it yet... butt REALLY looking forward to it!
