Iowa folks, fresh boston butts at fairway

my wife messed up and went to fairway instead of save-a-lot where butts was on sale for .99/lb, but BOY am i glad she went to fairway.



NEVER seen such a fresh butt.........end view. If you look closely you can see the bone. I point this out for a reason.



side view. you can see the bone in THIS view. Never had a butt with the bone exposed on the side. Hmmm.......wonder where the coppa is on this piece of meat.



wish i had more money. BUTT, if they continue to stock fresh butts, i know where i will be getting my butts from now on.

Will be doing this for the Daytona Race, next Sunday. Will post pics of it
