    Major Update!!

Sorry for the delay... been a bizzy, dizzy weekend!

    The finished product:

    Pulled

This is how I package. Vac bagged and flattened using a rolling pin for easy freezer storage. This was my bride's idea. She is the queen of storage...

    Drinks well with others

Thanks Jim! The vac pack bags you see there are 1 pint size from Lisa. They work perfectly for the single servings for the Country Store. Drop in a pot of simmering water, you have a sandwich in minutes. For home, I split it up into 1 lb portions, vac bag, and also roll them out. It's amazing how much freezer space you gain by doing this. Again, drop them into simmering water... dinner in minutes!

                Beautiful Pulled Pork, Phil !!!

Love the flattened packs!! That's what Bear Jr does with his Deerburger Packs, because he gets at least 50 packs per year, of 1 1/2 lbs per pack. They stack in the Freezers real nice!!!

And it's easy to give the Old Man some!!! LOL

Stupid question... how do you keep everything from squirting out the end of the bag when rolling flat?

Smoke 'em if you got 'em!

Everything is vacuum sealed... no open ends.
