What stinks living up here Phil is that the only kind in our supermarket is Quaker, and they aren't good grits. If you get some from there, make sure to include quick ones, which for them it isn't really quick, but their regulard ones suggest an overnight soak, so the quick one's can be done quicker...

Yeah, I'm still shopping. I learned how to make the Quaker brand non-quick variety, and they really turn oot good. Gonna try their stuff tho... I need to do grits again... been awhile.
