Howdy from Vermont
Hello everyone, I am not a total newb to smoking but I am still fairly new. I just found this site and cannot wait to explore it fully. About a month ago, I built my first smoke, a UDS which works absolutley wonderful for the $25 or so I have invested in it. So far I have smoked 5 racks of babybacks, a turkey breast, a whole chicken(my first spatchcock) and this weekend was a fresh picnic ham. I am totally addicted and love the rewards.
I am currently trying to gather materials to build a small, 60-100 gallon reverse flow smoker. I love my UDS but a little more room on the rack would be handy when I have friends over. Besides that, I love new projects.
I am looking forward to learning and sharing anything I can here so thanks for having me. Happy BBQ to all!
