  • Video Upload Tutorials - The BBQ Tube & YouTube

Hi all. I thought it might help folks get their feet wet in posting video so I created the 1st of many video tutorials that will help those who need help.

This video demonstrates how to Upload your BBQ related video to The BBQ Tube. Click the icon in the lower right of the video to go full screen. Once the video plays click on the third icon from the right at the lower right corner of the video player. This will allow you to change the quality to 720 HD for a much nicer viewing experience. Hope this helps!

Hey Rob or anyone for that matter, I use windows live movie maker on windows 7 and some times I use samsungs video software that came with my camera (pretty good really) better than movie maker because it will make a great quality clip as windows but way smaller in size and still be hd. but I would like to know how to say bleep out cusswords and I have not figured out how to chop video parts out of the middle of a clip, I can trim off the beginning and the end. Probably too much to try and explain I just need to keep messing with the programs.

Well on second thought it looks much easier just to not cuss than to edit them out, damn!!!

              Gary,

              I use VideoPad Video Editor.

              http://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/index.html

It is a free download that comes with an AWESOME converter and some other tools. It has a pretty good tutorial. It does have a paid version but I don't know what would trigger the end of the free version working. I have been using it for a couple weeks and have not had any "Buy now or stop using" messages.

              On Edit: It's a 14 day trial.

If I get one though, I would still buy it.

In VideoPad (your other software should allow you to do this too) split the clip before and after the cuss word. You would have 3 sections at this point. You should be able to adjust the volume of the sound clip where the cuss word is separately from the other sections.

Or you could not cuss. But who can remember to do that?

              Dave

In looking at the About section in the program, I guess it's technically not free. But you certainly get plenty of time to try before you buy (I've been out of town for a week so I haven't started it up. It is telling me the trial is going to expire) But it seems pretty reasonably priced.
