part 2 of todays smoke is the pork loin roast. was picking up a few supplies at the market yesterday after work and they were just putting a nice pok loin in the showcase. i asked him if he could just cut me off about a third from the bigger end.
mixed manderin terriyaki glaze with a basic bbq rub i make and made a sorta paste and in a baggy coated the roast and let it set for a few hours
into smoker, 225 deg. using cherry. have to say it looks good already!!!
