I used a small snake with RO lump and buttonwood. (No pic, didn't think of it)
Really stable temps @225° + 5°. Bottom vent just cracked, top wide open. I was surprised I could open the lid to check the fish, without getting a temp spike. The honey really kept the fish moist, tummy happy!
