      Welcome from West Texas!!!

When I lived in El Paso I had a friend that liked to cook cabrito for parties. He would bring a dressed goat already seasoned and wrapped in foil from his farm, build a fire in a big hole in the ground and throw boulders on top. After the coals settled he'd throw the goat in and cover it with dirt. Not really smokin' but after several hours that goat was pull of the bone delicious.

Lamb and goat are outside my experiences, but you're never too old to learn.

Welcome to the forum from New Jersey.

Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
