Most all my cooking does not qualify for "diet food". Also I don't think a grilled lean burger patty with bell peppers and onions would be a winner either. Eat up America, the beef business is in dire straits now, as losses mount. Give me a steak, a baked potato, and a beer.www.darylecoates.com
