What's your go-to hot weather meal?

My stomach tends to shut down when it gets hot out. I don't eat much in the summer time.

I do still like to drink, either an ice cold Oberon of sweet tea vodka and lemonade.

First that looks great Dave, and Ken thanks for the recipe. As for mine I would say it is a new one for me that I got from a cook book just last month. It's a hungarian cucumber salad with vinegar and sour cream in it. Man is it refreshing.

Grilling,the obvious, of course something Qued every so often. But every once in a while when she feels like it, the wife will whip up a batch of gazpacho. I'm not crazy about it myself. Tastes like V8 juice that didn't get finished, and I'm not a V8 fan. Also do a fair amount of chips and various salsas, including melon ones.
