It's reallyyyy good. My favorite part of all of these different upside down cakes is the very edge, it get like chewy, not cakey. It seems to be the place that the brown sugar/butter/cake come together and party it up.
Actually, if you're a cherry pie fan, this is soo good that if you took a bite, you would chew twice, stop and look at me, and I would just smile and say, you're welcome. And that's not saying anything about my baking skills, this is just this recipe and the freakin awesome sour cherries!!
