    If my menu wasn't already planned for tonight and the chicken in the brine I would definitely be doing this tonight...
    Got a plan for the salsa rojo that should turn out pretty good...

      Great looking meal Sir.

      Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
      My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

        Looking forward to seeing your cook.

        Red sauce has so many variations, I've not had one I didn't like. I do prefer a thinner type of sauce for enchiladas.
