In getting a ribeye ready for smoking tomorrow I prepped this one with montreal Steak seasoning and slathered it liberaly with a balsamic vinegar glaze. It's resting in the fridge until tomorrow. I'll post more as I get it smoked & sliced.

Ahhh, Montreal Steak on a rib-eye loin. Looks great. Makes the cows here smile when they hear their cousin sizzling on the grill. "BEEF" its whats for dinner.
