Publix - boneless chuckies

Not sure if this is a good price or not but Publix has boneless chuck roasts on sale for $2.69/lb. The meat man across the street charges $3.99/lb and I thought it looked pretty darn good. Had the guy in the back cut me a 7# roast that I'll throw on Lala in the morning (qvue will definitely be provided).

Sumo, I've had pretty good results with Chuckie's from Publix, I'd get it if you haven't already.

Thanks Brian - you're right. I did purchase one and smoked it last weekend. No qvue so ... will have to get another!

deffinately a decent price! Might be able to get them a little cheaper if you buy the whole chuckroll. But then you'll hafta eat all that BBQ beef.
