Thought this a good time to season and break in my Stok cast iron for the 22... and burn a little residue out as well
Shrooms prepped with some fine dice onion and garlic
Into the pan with some butter.. sweated and added white wine and beef stock
Steaks out of the SV bath at 127°F. Just salt and pepper and a dust of JAB. It melted in immediately.
Heating up the grill for the initial sear. Like HOT.
Meat down!
And foot..errr..hand on the gas!
