  • One More Brisket

I hadn't smoked anything for a long while so decided on a brisket. This one was almost 17 1/2 pounds. Sure took care of my brisket cravings.Smoked with hickory and pecan mix.

Thanks for checking out my brisky..

Thanks G-man! This will hold us over for a good long while. Had dinner tonight and saved out enough for lunch tomorrow. Still have eight bags
to vacuum seal for the freezer.

We're only about 2 miles off Interstate 70. You may be closer than you think.

Yep, that's the way to get back at it! Looks fantastic.

Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

Thanks guys for the points and the comments. Brisket is one of my favorites but just don't do them often enough. Think I'll do a fatty next.
